Purchase of the InMelanin Token grants the holder exclusive access to the designated InMelanin event subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
A valid InMelanin Token is required for entry and must be presented at the event entrance. Admission may be denied or revoked at the sole discretion of InMelanin Productions and/or the event facility owners at any time.
Age Requirement
This event is restricted to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification may be required for entry.
Non-Transferability & Limitations
This token is non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, shared, or reassigned without prior written request and explicit approval from InMelanin Productions. Only one (1) token is permitted per person.
This purchase is for the physical InMelanin Token only, which serves as an access credential for the specified event. The token holds no cash value, is non-refundable, and non-redeemable outside of the designated event.
Code of Conduct & Venue Policies
All attendees must adhere to proper attire, proper hygiene, and proper conduct at all times. Weapons, illegal substances, drugs, and alcohol are strictly prohibited.
Any violation of these terms, venue policies, or instructions from event staff may result in immediate denial of entry or removal from the event without refund. No refunds will be issued for violations of any kind.
Transportation
Transportation to and from the event is not included. Attendees are solely responsible for their own travel, parking, and accommodations.
Health & Allergy Disclaimer
Food and beverages may be present at this event. InMelanin Productions and the event venue do not guarantee allergen-free environments. Attendees are responsible for managing their own food allergies, dietary restrictions, and health conditions.
By attending, the holder acknowledges and assumes all risks related to food consumption, environmental exposure, and personal health.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By purchasing and/or using this token, the holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, allergic reactions, property damage, or loss.
The holder releases, waives, and discharges InMelanin Productions, its affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, and the event venue from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to attendance at the event, except where prohibited by law.
Third-Party & Non-Official Activity Disclaimer
InMelanin Productions and the event venue are not responsible for any incidents, actions, or occurrences that may take place at the event that are not part of the official Bake Show programming or activities. This includes interactions with other attendees, vendors, or third parties.
Media Release
Attendance at the event constitutes consent to photography, video recording, and audio recording, which may be used by InMelanin Productions for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.
Force Majeure
InMelanin Productions shall not be held liable for event cancellation, modification, or interruption due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, weather, public health concerns, or venue issues.
By purchasing and/or presenting the InMelanin Token, the holder acknowledges, understands, and agrees to all terms, conditions, and waivers stated above.
